These terms govern your use of Trendlify. By using our app or website, you agree to them — so please give them a read.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Trendlify's app or website ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Trendlify. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. The Service
Trendlify offers AI-powered fashion tools including virtual try-on, AI styling, and Aura, plus the ability to discover and shop products. The Service is evolving — including during waitlist and beta periods — and features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
4. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload photos you don't have the right to use, or images of other people without their consent.
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing purposes.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or its security.
- Misrepresent AI-generated images as unedited photographs of real people.
6. Content and photos you provide
You keep ownership of the photos and content you upload. You grant Trendlify a limited license to process them solely to provide the features you request (such as generating try-on and Aura results). For how we handle your images, see our Privacy Policy.
7. AI-generated results
Virtual try-on, styled outfits, and Aura looks are generated by AI and are illustrative. They approximate how an item may look and fit but are not guarantees of exact appearance, color, fit, or availability.
8. Purchases and retail partners
Products shown in Trendlify are offered by third-party retailers. When you buy something, your purchase, fulfillment, shipping, and returns are handled according to that retailer's own terms and policies. Prices and availability can change and are confirmed at checkout.
9. Intellectual property
The Trendlify name, logo, software, and design are owned by Trendlify and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms don't grant you any right to use our branding without our prior written permission.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI results will meet your expectations.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trendlify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the Service and its users.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Trendlify grows. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Trendlify's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts located there, unless local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
