The short version: We only collect what we need to make Trendlify work. Your photos are never sold, and we never use them to train AI models without your explicit consent. You can delete your data at any time.
1. Who we are
Trendlify ("Trendlify", "we", "us") provides an AI-powered fashion shopping experience, including virtual try-on, AI styling, and Aura. This policy covers our app and website at trendlify.me. If you have questions, contact us at privacy@trendlify.me.
2. Information we collect
- Account details — your name, email address, and authentication identifiers (for example, when you sign in with Apple).
- Photos you upload — images you provide for virtual try-on and Aura, and the AI-generated results produced from them.
- Style activity — items and looks you save, prompts you enter, and outfits you generate, used to personalize your experience.
- Device & usage data — app version, device type, and basic analytics that help us fix bugs and improve performance.
- Waitlist details — the email address you submit to join the waitlist.
3. How we use your information
- To generate virtual try-on images, styled outfits, and Aura looks.
- To personalize recommendations, sizing, and fit guidance.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
- To send you account, waitlist, and launch updates you've asked for.
4. Your photos and AI
Photos you upload are used solely to create the try-on and Aura results you request. We do not use your photos to train AI models without your explicit, opt-in consent. We never sell your images, and we don't share them with advertisers.
5. How we share information
We share data only as needed to run Trendlify:
- Service providers — vetted vendors who help with hosting, AI processing, analytics, and email, under contracts that limit their use of your data.
- Retail partners — when you make a purchase, the necessary order details are shared with the relevant retailer to fulfill it.
- Legal reasons — when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Data retention & deletion
We keep your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete your photos, generated results, or your entire account at any time from your account settings — deletion removes your data from our active systems.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. We honor applicable privacy laws, including the GDPR and CCPA. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@trendlify.me.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe and to notify you promptly if something goes wrong.
9. Children
Trendlify is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll remove it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Trendlify evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
